Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning are available. These include concentration of cleaning agents, method of cleaning and frequency of cleaning. Cleaning agents are changed periodically. Floors, walls and slabs are treated with antiseptic solutions periodically. For floor cleaning, antiseptic solutions are changed alternatively every fifteen days. Air sanitation in processing area is done twice in a month by fumigation. Effectiveness of air sanitation is evaluated through microbiological Area colony count. Pest Control is carried out in and around factory.
